Derived from the Global Vision* flight deck, the Learjet 85 cockpit combines the latest in technological advancements with superior design aesthetics for a cockpit environment in a class of its own. A key component in the flight deck is the Rockwell Collins Pro Line Fusion avionics suite which delivers significant technological advancements.
A major breakthrough in design, the flight deck environment blends seamlessly with the cabin, integrating avionics with ergonomics, technology with performance and functionality with luxury.

The Pro Line Fusion features a progressive intuitive interface that reduces pilot workload as well as a broad array of new communications, navigation and surveillance capabilities that enhance pilot performance. Featuring three 15-inch-diagonal flat-panel displays, it makes heavy use of graphical flight planning tools and cursor-control devices that allow tasks to be done quicker and easier with menus that can be selected and controlled with the ease of a cursor.
Flying the Learjet 85, Pilots will benefit from a Synthetic Vision System (SVS) that uses the largest high-resolution displays available and an extensive terrain database to provide a visual of obstacles and runway positions, thereby significantly increasing situational awareness.

The Learjet 85’s state-of-the-art flight deck incorporates aircraft system management capabilities and an advanced Onboard Maintenance System to ease many maintenance and flight operational tasks and improve efficiency. Pro Line Fusion also includes electronic checklists linked to the Engine Indicating and Crew Alerting System (EICAS) and integrated circuit control.
For pilots, these features mean smoother flying, greater situational awareness, better fuel management and above all, increased safety.
